Return Policy At Sadie Quilts, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! We offer a **30-day return policy** for items that do not meet your expectations. When your order arrives, please inspect all items promptly to ensure everything is complete and undamaged. **Please Note:** Fabric pieces included in kits and Block of the Month programs are often folded together or nested inside one another. Before contacting us, please unfold and separate all fabric pieces to verify that everything listed in the pattern or package is included. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, **please contact us before returning any items** so we can provide return instructions and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace, reship, or issue store credit for claims reported more than **30 days after delivery**. ## Returns & Store Credit * Approved returns will be issued as **store credit** after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. * Original shipping charges are non-refundable. * Refunds or credits for refused or abandoned packages will be issued at our discretion. ## Return Requirements To be eligible for a return: * Items must be **unused, unopened, and in new condition**. * Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. * We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping. * Please include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation with your return. ## Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: * Gift cards * Downloadable digital products and patterns * Fabric that has been cut, washed, dyed, altered, or has odors * Sale or clearance merchandise * Patterns and books (due to copyright laws) * Any item showing signs of use ## Order Cancellations Orders canceled prior to shipment, including **pre-orders for new product launches**, are subject to a **5% cancellation/restocking fee** to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
